Anna Daren is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner who has been a PCP at Brookside Community Health Center since 2018, where she was previously a Nurse Practitioner student. Anna’s lifelong passion was, and continues to be providing equitable care to underserved populations. She strives daily to deliver high quality, comprehensive, patient-centered care in both Spanish and English. She enjoys caring for a panel of multigenerational families from predominantly low socioeconomic backgrounds and recognizes that healthcare is so much more than just the medical conditions. She has a particular interest in asthma management and family planning, and more recently became passionate about pelvic health after the birth of her daughter. After having undergone pelvic floor physical therapy and learning just how connected the pelvic floor is to the rest of the body, Anna began the journey towards certification. Anna believes that pelvic health should be woven into primary care, and be more readily available in the community health setting. She looks forward to making pelvic healthcare more accessible to her patients.
